Hello everyone. DK Squall here to help with the gathering list for PMX2005. For those who haven't seen this list before, its to help organize all the cosplay gatherings that will be taking place at PMX so it makes it easier for everyone to know where and when a gathering is happening, for picture taking, and hanging out. Each group should have their own individual thread created outside of this one (for discussion of the group), then please post here if you have any requests on definite gatherings, and or changes in time, etc.

Since the new location will be at the Long Beach Hyatt and Convention Center, some locations to gather at would be: Hyatt Lobby, Inbetween the Hyatt and Convention Center, Outside the Convention Center, Convention Center Stairs, and any hotel lobby that will be part of PMX (will be updated when the hotels are listed.)

The Format goes by Day/Time, Name of Group, and Location.

Monday September 5th

The final day to submit a gathering is Monday August 29th, but the sooner its finalized the better!

I've decided to host this gathering list on the Cosplay.com website. Please check there for any updates. I will update this thread once its been finalized.
