Hello everyone. DK Squall here to help with the gathering list for PMX2004. For those who haven't seen this list before, its to help organize all the cosplay gatherings that will be taking place at PMX so it makes it easier for everyone to know where and when a gathering is happening, for picture taking and hanging out. Each group should have their own individual thread created outside of this one (for discussion of the group), then please post here if you have any requests on definite gatherings, and or changes in time, etc.

The Format goes by Day/Time, Name of Group, and Location.

Some examples for locations would be Front of the Convention Center, Hilton Lobby, Hilton Pool...anywhere you think you may want it to be at.

Hi DKSquall,

Thanks for setting this up.

Just as an FYI, we want to try to set up a huge cosplay square for cosplayers to gather in. We also have some creative things we'd like to try to do with the area to make it more fun to take photographs in. The area is tentatively slotted to be one of the gardens in the Hilton. More details to come soon!

BTW, do cosplayers want large changing areas or do they want more privacy elsewhere?

Hey DK, I have an odd gathering announcement,

DigitalCactus and Myself are planning a Gungrave cosplayer gathering immediately after the Yasuhiro Nightow/Shino Masanori/Gungrave panel (there is a panel for them right?) we'll be gathering right outside the entrance to the room where this panel is held.

Hello! I'd also like to set up a Trigun Gathering around the same time as the Nightow panel, before or after as to not conflict of maybe join in with the Gungrave gathering. A celebration of Yasuhiro Nightow I suppose! ^_^ Now I'll just wait to see if a day and time is set up for the panel. -_-
