Hi everyone! I'll be coming from New York City and it looks like I'll be staying a week! Can anyone clue me in on stuff to do in Anaheim (for after the convention ends, of course!)? I've been searching the web, but all I find is info. on Disneyland...there's got to be more, right? Thanks for your help!

Wow...thanks so much, toddpw! Those are really helpful links! The only question I have now is is there public transportation (buses, trains, etc.) to and from Anaheim and Los Angeles? (Any websites with info.?) I have a driver's license, but don't think I'll be renting a car while I'm there. Thanks so much for your help!

Public transportation exists, but it'll take you a lot longer to get anywhere.
This is L.A. where it takes you an hour to drive across the whole area, and that's only under ideal conditions (freeways without traffic) -- which rarely happens during the day, especially on a holiday weekend.

Knotts berry farm is pretty close, and a water park across the street from knotts.. theres a was museum near knotts as well. theres the angels stadium if you like baseball. There's the block at orange for movies/shopping/dining and theres a dance club in anaheim called the boogie. its more house hip hop and top 40 but the really cool clubs are in la.
