I looked through the latest programming schedule and noticed an interesting thing. Why are the autograph sessions happen before the guest panels? This is quite unusual. I noticed this happens to Yukana and Umehara / Tanaka panels. For example, Umehara/Tanaka autograph session is 2 hours prior the panel, so does it mean that it won't have the raffle ticket system like last year? I'm confused...
