I'm living in NY now, but I spent about 14 months in Taiwan.(I was really teaching English) but mostly following the independant music scene. I made a lot of friends in bands and hope to see them play in the States sometime in the future. I made a website highlighting the bands and labels, so please check it out.

I'm also into the Japanese garage rock scene like Teengenerate, Guitar Wolf and the Benten Label girl bands. PMX sounds like a lot of fun, I wish it wasn't so far ><'

Sorry to hear about Guitar Wolf.

I love the Benten label girl bands. I got to watch them play at the Hollywood leg of their Japan Girls Nite tour.
