i'm captain of our wushu team in San Diego, and we wanted to do a demo here....but how would i contact the event organizers to ask if we can do our chinese martial art demonstration?

Shogun - if you want to do this I know friends that does Iai-do and Kyu-do.

Also, ask Paula about excreama (sp?) It's this reallly cool form of Philipino martial arts. She might know some people that's interested in demonstrating.

I do know a ton of people who do escrima, kali, and arnis demonstrations. The easiest way to get them nowadays is to just post a Call for Martial Artists on the Filipino arts forums and they will come. I will also personally talk with people I know to let them know this is a great opportunity for them to get new students for their school.
